**Assistant Clubhouse Steward - Sevenoaks - Private Members Club**

**Up to £28,000 D.O.E**

The role is based on a 42-hour week contract working 5 days out of 7.

Main duties and Responsibilities:

- To assist with maintaining the high standards expected with the general operation of the clubhouse and its facilities.
- Responsible for opening or closing of the clubhouse when on shift.
- Greeting guests as they arrive at the venue, directing guests to tables, providing menus, and taking orders.
- Delivering food from the kitchen to guests at the table
- Keeping any bar and drink service areas fully stocked with beverages, including cellar management and cleaning of real ale lines.
- Taking drinks orders and serving drinks to guests at their table or throughout the venue
- Assisting with the set-up and delivery of functions and hospitality to society’s
- Assisting with placing orders to suppliers
- Using the company EPOS till system, cash handling, reconciliation at the close of business
- Ensure that members and their guests are aware of the dress code.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
