We are looking for an inspirational SENDCO to lead SEND provision within our school and join our highly committed Leadership Team.
- *This role is not suitable for Early Career Teachers*_

This is a non-teaching role across both schools in our federation.

We are looking for a SENDCO who will have the energy and passion to drive forward the provision and outcomes for learners with SEND.
- A holder of the NASEN qualification or working towards it.
- Experienced in working with children with SEND across the primary age range.
- Knowledgeable in how to deliver quality-first teaching which meets the needs of all pupils.
- Able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of the SEN code of practice.
- Able to set the strategic direction and vision for SEND provision.
- Able to lead staff in developing their knowledge and expertise in working with SEND children.
- Have high expectations of the achievement, progress and behaviour for all children?
- Have buckets of energy, enthusiasm and positivity?
- Be willing to learn from, and contribute to, our experienced and hardworking staff team?
