An opportunity has arisen for a housekeeping supervisors to join our growing business.

We property manage more than 100 holiday homes across Cornwall.

Your role will include housekeeping, general day to day running of the housekeeping team and communicating with area manager on a daily basis.

We will have the expectation that you will clean and manage a wide selection of holiday homes to a high standard always. We will expect you to take pride in the properties your are managing and the final presentation, which is key to every guest arrival.

Great working environment. Based in Wadebridge.

Required
- Housekeeping and final presentation.
- Ability to work as part of a fast paced team.
- Proactive attitude to the role and good communication.
- Reporting stock levels within the business i.e linen, cleaning stock etc.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Be able to work under pressure and to a specific time frames for arrivals.
- Completing check lists.
- Flexibility with working hours and days, (to include weekends) and short notice arrivals and occasional call outs.
- Knowledge of Microsoft is essential.
- Experience (preferred).
- Clean driving license required as access to company van.
- Knowledge of local areas is a benefit.

- Mileage paid (if own vehicle used).

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wadebridge, PL27 6HB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
