**The Role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Care Assistant's to support residents within our Care Home. We have twilight contracts available to work from 6pm - 10pm on a part time basis.

Based at Halsey House, Cromer, you will work within a team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the unit and in delivering person centred care in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence and well being_**.**_

Educated to NVQ level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care equivalent, or working towards this award. You should have previous experience of working in a Care Home with a vulnerable client group and proven experience of leading a team and running a shift. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential and an enthusiasm to learn and develop within this role is required. We also offer training courses such as Dementia Awareness.
