**Shift Times:4 on/4 off shift pattern on day shifts
- 08:00-20:00**

**Salary: £23,000 per annum**

**Location: Stambridge Group Head Office, Unit 1 Bentalls Close, Southend-On-Sea, SS2 5FD**

**Start Date: TBC**

**Overview**

To oversee and implement effective communications and bookings function within 24 hour manned control room. To take full ownership of all queries on your shift and providing exceptional communication with various agencies and management to ensure a smooth and efficient bookings & scheduling process.

**Daily tasks & duties**

Source staffing cover to ensure all contracts and schedules within our business are fully manned at all times.

Effective communication up & down the chain of command to ensure effective and thorough handovers with direct colleagues and accurate and concise information is passed on to senior managers.

**Entry level requirements**

Intermediate knowledge of all elements of Microsoft Office, especially Word & Excel

Strong command of written and spoken English

Polite and courteous telephone manner

Exceptional standards of customer service

SIA Security Licence

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
