M&BG Ltd are looking for a part-time Caretaker/Cleaner.

Castle vale and Sutton Coldfield area

The successful applicant will be required to carry out the below as part of the duties
- Routine cleaning maintenance. Vacuuming
- sweeping - Polishing
- Opening and locking of building
- Reporting faults
- Liaising with clients and groups
- Maintaining a high standard of work
- Be willing to cover other areas of the business on occasions

The hours are 20 hrs per week with potential to add extra 6/8 hours per month. Ideally the right applicant will be open to progress within our business and be open to work extra hours when needed. Working times are evening from 5pm to 9pm Monday to Fridays with weekends being Am to Pm.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bristol BS13: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
