**The Job**:

- Responsible for updating, creating, and scheduling content over all social media platforms
- Required to increase engagement and interaction across social media and establish and develop online relationships with social voices/communities
- Assist Head of Marketing to oversee the company’s digital strategy
- Provide analysis and reporting for all marketing activities including all digital strategies. Measuring all activity to ensure achieving required results
- Responsible for communicating any complaints or comments made on social media to the relevant department and ensuring satisfactory outcome of complaints
- Required to use creative copy and write accurate, target driven copy in all social media communications
- Assist in the effective management of any agencies and third parties which may include but is not limited to creative, design, print and digital
- In charge of maintaining content and layout on websites
- Responsible for carrying out research for various marketing and digital trends and of competitor activity and present creative ideas to the team

**The person specification**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience of managing content and creative marketing activity
- Previous experience of working within a digital marketing setting
- Experience with CMS platforms, such as WordPress
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to influence colleagues
