Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Support Associate to undertake a variety of administrative duties at our head office. We have a busy, quick paced professional services environment which requires people who can work well with others and bring a can do approach to the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support client queries with confidence and professionalism
- Answer incoming calls when required and redirect or take messages
- Where required assist the PA to the partners with inbox management and meeting arrangements
- Generate letters/fee notes and other business related documents
- Keep updated records and files including data base management
- Take card payments
- Filing electronically and paper based
- Produce invoices/statements
- Posting receipts
- Archiving
- Provide reception cover
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, office supplies etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with office equipment
- Knowledge of office management business support duties
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
