We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our dynamic team at BF Mulholland. As the Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Warehouse, whilst providing full assistance and support to our Operations and Facilities Manager. You will have key holder responsibilities and our team is cross-trained in Goods In, Pick Pack & Despatch and Stock Control.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Promoting a positive and progressive attitude in all work activities, motivating staff and supporting team members with training and assisting in the training of new starters.
- Be fully conversant with the Booking In and Booking Out system procedures with the ability to open and close the system, which includes both Consumables and Engineering Orders.
- Ensure the working environment and site hygiene are maintained to a high standard at all times. As a key holder, be added to the Security contact list and oversee the warehouse at the end of the day.
- Accountable for ensuring all work allocated to the teams is processed and dispatched by close of business as per Company Policy.
- Monitoring and ensuring all errors reported are fully investigated and resolved including delivery errors and damages from suppliers - this includes Purchase Return Procedure.
- Ensure all stock queries are brought to the attention of the Stock Controller and help to investigate queries.
