The Woodhorn Group is looking for a Weighbridge Administrator / Operator to join the Tangmere team on a full time, permanent basis.

**Typical duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Weighbridge office management and administration
- Provide support to the Site Operations Manager
- Provide support to the Site Operatives as necessary
- Establish relationships with customers passing through the site
- Generate reports for other areas of the business as required
- Dealing with customers/visitors coming onto site including signing in and out, supply of PPE, answering queries and receiving deliveries
- Ensuring contractors working on site have the appropriate paperwork in place
- Operation of company credit card payments and safekeeping of cash/cheques received into the office and transferring it to main office
- Taking and recording of weather station data
- Managing PPE/first aid/stationery stocks and replenishing supplies from main office when required
- Upkeep of order board and associated sales paperwork.

**Person Specification**
- Computer literate
- Team player
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexible attitude, including seasonal variations to hours worked, and Saturday morning working on a rota basis
- Ability to work in a busy and, at times, challenging environment.

**Desirable skills (but not essential as full training will be required)**
- Weighbridge experience
- Experience of working with ISO
- Knowledge of the waste management and composting industry.
