Control Centre Supervisor - Part Time
£18,086.25 increasing to £19,478.55 after probation
New Milton
I am currently representing a well known company based in New Milton who are looking for a Control Centre Supervisor to support their growing business due to customer calls increasing day by day. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone Supervisor experiencewithin a call centre, who is looking to further their skillset.
This role is part time working in the office 26.25 hours a week, 4 on 4 off 16:00pm till 00:00am
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Supervising the call handlers both in the off and remotely
- Providing advise and help to the call handlers when needed
- To escalate any serious incidents to senior management
- Making sure all calls incoming are answered
- Provide regular feedback and updates to senior team
- To provide handovers to the next Supervisor
- Logging information onto the CRM system
**Requirements**:

- 2 + years experience within a Supervisor or similar role
- Good attention to detail
- Time management
- Team Work
