Digital Marketing is an essential function in helping to achieve the online sales performance and brand positioning for TUI. Meta search plays an important role in our digital acquisition strategy and the Digital Marketing Manager - Meta will be responsiblefor driving significant growth through this channel in an efficient manner.

This role will take the lead in building out an effective meta search strategy that covers Package, Cruise, Accommodation Only and (dynamic) Flight Only. You will be responsible for building effective relationships with all key meta partners and the recruitmentof new partners. You will negotiate competitive rates with partners where we work on a Cost Per Acquisition basis. With other partners we work on a Cost Per Click basis and you will be an expert in utilising the various bidding platforms to ensure we are drivingefficient conversions at scale with a focus on distressed stock.

Accommodation Only meta is a particular focus for this role as we are expected to drive significant PAX growth for this product over the next few years. You will be managing campaigns with key AO meta partners such as TripAdvisor and Trivago, working withtech partners and development teams to improve our technology set-up in this area. You will also coordinate AO activity across all other channels and manage stakeholders throughout the business (trading, product, group etc.) to keep them updated on the strategy,performance and potential blockers.

There will be significant changes to our meta search set-up over the next few years as we align with group on the use of API’s and product feeds. It is important that we collaborate closely with Group and other source markets on technology set-up and thatwe feed UK requirements into Trips development. You will be responsible for driving this collaboration from the UK and to work with peers in other markets to establish best practices for this channel.

The future operating state and strategy for new products that fall under the responsibilities of this role (including AO and dynamic Flight Only) are yet to be defined, and the person in this role will work closely with the Head of Performance Media andthe Director of Digital Marketing, CRM and Customer Analytics to develop resource requirements and business cases. You will also line manage 1 x meta executive, providing direction and setting objectives.

You will also be leading and participating in cross-channel working groups that involve Digital Marketing or wider business units. The successful individual must be a confident and succinct communicator with an analytical mind. Digital Marketing is evolvingat an incredible pace and this role will evolve with that, so you must be able to adapt and change accordingly depending on business needs.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Full ownership of all metasearch activity, including monthly and quarterly planning, communicating priorities and messaging to partners, monitoring performance adjusting CPA/ CPC bids and handling all finance related tasks and queries.
- Lead the development of Accommodation Only strategy within the digital team contributing to the road map for future AO business plans, challenging set up issues and formulating long term solutions.
- Be the digital point of contact for Accommodation Only and new products such as Dynamic Flight Only in the UK market and represent digital marketing in meetings with the UK Commercial Director, Heads of Trading and Product.
- Work closely with the trading team and senior stakeholders to feed into the wider Accommodation Only strategy, provide updates on AO performance and to communicate requirements to the wider business.
- Lead on key cross channel projects ensuring developed testing plans and reporting are considered for all channels and managing project timelines - being the main digital point of contact for these campaigns.
- Integrate and optimise bidding strategies for key Accommodation Only META partners such as Tripadvisor and Trivago.
