We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our team in Featherstone, WF7. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to students with SEND, helping them to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one support to students with SEND, assisting them with their learning and personal development.
- Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Implement individualized learning plans and accommodations to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Foster a positive and supportive relationship with students, promoting their confidence and self-esteem.
- Assist with classroom activities, including preparing materials and resources as needed.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents/guardians.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with students with SEND is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young people.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and the school.

Full-time and part-time positions are available, offering competitive starting pay from £95 per day. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to make a difference in the lives of students with SEND while gaining valuable experience in the field of education.
