As a member of our Dough Crafting Team, you're not just preparing buns; you're sculpting an experience. From the measured mix to the tender bake, every bun has a heartbeat, and we need you to give it life.

**What Will You Do?**
- Craft our signature buns, from precise cuts to expert shaping
- Immerse in the art of dough preparation, which includes mixing, weighing, and baking to perfection

**Who Are You?**
- Someone with an eye for detail, spotting even the most minute of discrepancies
- A person whose hands tell tales, ideally with some experience in catering, hospitality, or related roles (though this isn't mandatory; passion is)
- Reliable, with a work ethic that matches your craftsmanship
- An excellent communicator, able to weave stories as you work
