Woodson Property Renovations Ltd are actively seeking a labourer to join our expanding team. The role is available on a self employed basis however perks such as holiday, pension and bonus are available for the right person.

The majority of the company's work is in Weymouth & Portland, Dorchester & Poundbury.

On-going training and support will be provided.

Hours

Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm Fridays 8am - 3pm. Flexible hours provided to the right person.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general building tasks as required by company
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a labourer or similar role preferred
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Familiarity with basic hand tools, power tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
