JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Culture & Capabilities Lead Europe to join our growing team.

Are you an experienced project manager within the culture and capabilities space? Do you have a background in talent management and or development and looking for a new challenge to progress your career in the culture and capabilities area?

We are looking for an experienced change and project management specialist to join our European HR Leadership team. You will report directly into the VP HR, Europe and focus on delivering programs and projects focussed heavily on cultureand organisational change across JELD-WEN.

**Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities**:

- Include integration and use of existing and new culture research/data to inform the planning stage, development of detailed project plans that will be used to improve business performance through culture change, and management/tracking the implementation of initiatives across the business units.
- Lead high impact and complex change initiatives by developing and delivering end to end customized change management plans (communications, training, coaching, reinforcement, etc.)
- Communicates and collaborates with internal teams on the creation and execution of all project plan elements and milestones and provides information/training as required to promote project management discipline.
- Conduct and analyse variety of assessments including change impact, stakeholder analysis, change readiness. Conducts focus groups and stakeholder engagements.
- Design, implement and manage change management networks to increase effectiveness and reinforce change efforts.
- Develop change management collateral (personas, job aids, FAQs, instructional guides, leader talking points, etc.,) and facilitate learning sessions to meet desired change adoption outcomes.
- Write or partner with internal communications staff to develop professional and engaging communications to convey highly complex or technical information to a broad audience (technical and non-technical audiences)
- Develop success metrics, measurement approach, and reports on the pace, and effectiveness of change efforts.

**Experience/ Knowledge**:

- Change Management certification ACMP/PROSCI training/certification preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Profession (PgMP), Certified associate in project management (CAPM), and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.
- Recommend three years of related experience.
- Highly skilled change management professional with extensive knowledge of change management tools, assessments and processes
- HR Talent Management Systems implementation experience a plus
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Project management experienced
