Archbold Car and Van, located in Morley, Leeds, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Workshop Controller to join our team. As a multi-franchise service and repair centre and an approved Ford garage, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for a Workshop Controller who can efficiently manage our busy workshop consisting of a team of 10 technicians specialising in car and vans.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage workloads and the planner to maximise workshop efficiencies.

Minimise downtime of vehicles by coordinating and prioritising tasks effectively.

Utilise Pinewood Technologies DMS (Dealer Management System) proficiently.

Provide leadership and guidance to the workshop team.

Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are always maintained.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Workshop Controller, preferably with familiarity with Pinewood Technologies DMS.

Strong technical background in automotive servicing and repairs.

Excellent people management and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.

**Salary**: £16.50-£19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
