**Key Role Description**

My client is looking for an administrator for 2 days per week to work in their existing team providing admin support, working across all areas of the business from sales, marketing, membership services and events. Working alongside the director, project manager, health & safety project manager and the finance team to help deliver and help implement vital business duties.

Duties will include:

- Company meeting organisation (Board Meetings and Working Groups), including note/minute taking.
- CRM administration
- Events support
- Supporting key functions of accreditation
- Key association project support
- Marketing functions
- Member queries and distribution of membership material
- Answering phones
- Supporting the delivery of events attend industry meetings including meeting note taking.

Whilst not a job share, this role combines with another part time admin executive. Each admin executive will have distinct areas they support within the company but there will be a requirement to cover their essential duties during periods of holiday etc.

**Salary**: £11.76 per hour

Expected hours: 14 per week
