**Multi-skilled Warehouse Operative - Refresco UK - Bridgwater
**Job description**

**Job Type**:Full Time & Permanent

**Salary**: £26,766.32 per annum including shift allowance

**Shift Pattern**:24/7 shift pattern - A 4 on 4 off continuous shift pattern, 12-hour shifts, days and nights. Average of 42 hours per week.

**About the role**
- Receive, put away, pick and despatch pallets of raw materials or finished goods from our warehouses
- Process raw materials or finished goods using our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Use Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) such as Very Narrow Aisle trucks, counterbalance, reach trucks, ride-on or Pedestrian Operated trucks.
- Undertake regular stock checks.
- Oversee returns.
- Work to minimise waste and promote recycling.
- Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
- Contribute to meeting team and company-wide targets.

- Be accurate in your daily tasks and duties, paying great attention to detail.
- Be open to learn new things as you can be involved in basic engineering and quality tasks.

- Be confident enough to put forward new ideas and suggestions.
- Be comfortable working to targets.
- Have previous experience of working within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturing environment - preferred but not essential.
