**Trainee Estate Agent - Market leader in Dagenham**

**Essentials - Driving licence, own car and customer service experience
- Fuel Paid**

**Salary guarantee - up to £2000 per month for your first 6 months - OTE up to £30,000+**

**Generous Commission Structure - £12,000-£14,000 basic salary**

**5 day working week - Monday - Saturday - Day off during the week - No Sundays**

**Trainee Estate Agent - duties**
- Speak to clients both over the telephone and in person
- Chasing leads and keeping in contact with applicants/clients
- Book in & conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers & agree sales
- Carry out basic administration
- Generate and book in valuations

**Trainee Estate Agent - Skills & experience**
- Sales experience preferred but not essential
- Able to demonstrate good customer service skills
- Work as part of a team
- Positive, organised and reliable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
