**THE ROLE**

In this role, you will be responsible for driving better BI and analytics across all levels of the organisation, implementing more efficient and smarter ways of working, while working in unison with the Commercial Development Director and Founder of thecompany Your voice will be heard at all levels, giving you the chance to shape and mold, not only your role, but also the whole companies' analytics/BI capability.

Main Responsibilities:

- Extract and manipulate data from various disparate data sources, building dynamic reporting solutions and dashboards that you will deliver back to the business via Power Query & Power BI.
- Not only will you design and implement innovative BI solutions, you will also drive BI strategy, finding opportunities to enhance and improve current BI solutions and processes driving continuous data-led decision making
- Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting, dashboards and analysis, providing strategic insights into market customer and competitor performance.

**KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Commercial experience using Power Query to query large databases
- Power BI reporting and dashboard skills
- Commercial experience in retail sector
- Proficient in Excel
