**Salary**: £28,000-£30,000
Full time in office located in Staverton.
**Details**
As an integral member of our Payroll team, you will perform a variety of tasks, in accordance with company processes and procedures, to ensure the prompt and accurate completion of weekly and monthly payroll.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparing and collating payroll information
- Processing weekly payroll timesheets for circa 650 employees
- Dealing with and investigating queries from employees
- Taking ownership for the resolution of queries raised
- Processing employee expense and mileage claims
- Pension and auto enrolment administration.
- Calculation of statutory payments e.g. SSP/ SMP/ SPP.
- Supporting the Payroll Manager with monthly payroll function.
**Requirements**:
- Experience of processing end to end payroll, ideally with working knowledge of Sage 50 Payroll.
- Knowledge of payroll legislation.
- Exceptional organisation with the ability to prioritise your workload efficiently.
- Able to work well under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- A can-do attitude, along with the confidence and communication skills to contribute ideas effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills.
