**Key Responsibilities**:

- No cold calls, warm desk.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients within the medical, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, aesthetics practitioners and pharmaceutical distributors.
- Identify customer needs and promote products that align with their requirements, providing relevant product information and recommendations.
- Utilize product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and differentiation points to customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing sales pipelines and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Skills and expertise**:

- Proven experience in telesales, preferably within the medical, cosmetics or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Knowledge of medical, cosmetics and pharmaceutical products, terminology and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft suite.
