We have a exciting opportunity for a Bartender to join the bar team at Lanelay Hall. As a Bartender you will need to have great bar product knowledge. Experience of working in a quality bar/restaurant together with a real passion and flair for your role along with fantastic interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional levels of customer service
- You will have previous experience working within a busy hotel bar, restaurant, events
- Prepare all ordered drinks to specification and maintaining product standards and consistency
- Develop excellent product knowledge
- Maintain beverage stock, garnishes and glassware as required, communicating any significant stock availability issues to the team
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and organization of the bar
- Complete quality preparation of all duties to clean, set up, handover and close bar to standard
- Develop an efficient work pace that ensures guest satisfaction at all times Requirements

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.50 per hour

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
- Bartending: 3 years (preferred)

- Night shift (preferred)
