We pack and collect items from our customers’ doorsteps, store them in one of our secure storage facilities and deliver them back to any UK address whenever needed - as soon as the next day. We work with the country’s leading universities and private student accommodation up and down the country to deliver a seamless moving experience.

**The Opportunity**

LOVESPACE is growing and looking to bring good people across departments to help us continue on this path. We're seeking a high-energy, commercial-minded Marketing Executive - Student Engagement to join us. This role is perfect for a proactive self-starter. You’ll learn tonnes from industry experts and be given real responsibility in the early stages to execute your own creative ideas and see first-hand what impact your contributions will have to our business.

- Hybrid working pattern - **3 days from the office** (with Tuesday & Thursday being fixed office days) and **2 days from home.**:

- Salary**:£25,000.00 - £27,000.00 per year**

**Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Support in managing partnerships with universities, private student accommodations, boarding schools, and colleges.
- Facilitate face-to-face meetings with prospective partners to pitch our services regularly.
- Plan and execute fresh and original ideas to stay on trend and engage students, building brand awareness across the UK and Dublin.
- Take charge of our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok. Manage customer comments, DMs and general feedback on all social media platforms.
- Seek insights into the market to understand evolving student behaviour and consumer trends.
- Identify and execute improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
- Take regular trips outside of the office/cross country to spot opportunities and competitor activity within the student segment.

**Requirements**:

- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Bachelor's degree with at least a 2:1.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Some knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint. A bonus if you have experience in design platforms such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop or Figma.
- Past work experience within a marketing team or similar role would be a bonus but is not essential
