**Open Ended Contract - Permanent; Full Time - 35 Hours per Week.**

**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with significant experience in computing support to become a valued member of our small and friendly close-knit team, and help deliver a varied and interesting range of technology services across the School of Economics. We offer a hybrid working pattern that can fit around your needs and those of your immediate team.

**Your Skills & Attributes for Success**:

- Excellent digital skills in the areas of general information technologies (including IT networking and associated protocols and services, Active Directory administration, SharePoint administration and web technologies.
- Experience of installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and testing Windows PC and Apple Mac desktop and laptops, associated peripherals, printers and audio-visual equipment.
- Experience of HTML editing and content creation and management within a CMS (for example Drupal or WordPress).
- Strong interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication, and the ability to explain complex technical information in an accessible way to colleagues in need of assistance.
- A proven ability to respond creatively to problems while ensuring that all work is accurately recorded.
