**Position: Training and Resourcing Administrator**
**Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time**
**Location: Bristol Airport**
**Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday**

**PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within an Airport. You will be required to under-go Security Vetting Processes ( including a criminal record check) if you are to be successful for this position.**

DHL work in partnership with easyJet at Gatwick Airport to provide all ground handling within their Gatwick operation. No two days on our Aviation contract are the same You will play an integral role in the ground handling operation, working to tight timeframes but delivering fantastic results.

**WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?**
- Full accountability for all compliance regarding Civil Aviation Authority and DfT
- Governance of compliance and security across all airports under DHL operation
- Ensure full relevant legislative compliance is achieved and maintained
- Communicate all relevant DPDHL policies to suppliers
- Resolve any non-conformance issues and that corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrences
- Ensuring training is up to date - liaising with site leads
- To take overall accountability for the training schedule, getting regular updates from site managers in regards to technical, mandatory and refresher training for all colleagues.

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Experience in completing referencing for new colleagues
- Authorised signatory experience advantageous or familiar with the process
- Aviation specific administrative background
- IT Literate and familiarity with Excel
- Exposure to ground handling
- Highly motivated and able to work in and with a team
- Ability to hold and manage sensitive information respecting confidentiality and data protection at all times
- Understanding and ability to comply with the Health & Safety policies and Health & safety at work act 1974
- Ability to strategically plan training against resource, therefore good IT literacy required and sound knowledge of excel
- Possess good customer service skills and able to maintain a professional manner at all time

**SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL**
- Be able to provide 5 years address history
- Be able to provide 5 years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
- To obtain a full airside ID
