The 4 star Washington Central Hotel seek to recruit an experienced Food and Beverage professional to join their stable team.

The Food and Beverage Supervisor responsibilities will include the day-to-day operations of the Central Bistro and Jane St Kitchen as well as the planning and delivery of private events, conferencing, and banqueting.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Oversee and participate in the operation of our Food and Beverage outlets
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- To assist to recruit, manage, train, and develop the F&B team
- Manage dining and C&E enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Work within budgeted guidelines
- Develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team
- Oversee and participate in maintaining high standards in cleanliness and health and safety standards
- Deputise for the Food and Beverage manager in their absence
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

**THE PERSON**
- Stable background in Food and Beverage operations
- Flexibility to respond to a range of work situations
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
- Bar service & cellar management experience preferred but not essential
- Experience in events delivery and set-up preferred but not essential
- Excellent grooming standards
- Good IT skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
