**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivering personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Supporting clients with mobility and transfers, promoting their safety and well-being.
- Administering medication in accordance with care plans and medication management guidelines.
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Providing companionship, engaging in meaningful conversations, and promoting social interaction.
- Completing accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

**Requirements**:

- Valid License**:A valid UK or international driving license is essential for this role. **Experience: Prior experience in the care sector is desirable but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Compassion: Demonstrated empathy, patience, and understanding towards individuals with varying needs.
- Reliability: Punctuality and commitment to providing consistent care to clients.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, their families, and the wider care team.
