Heritage Portfolio has an established reputation for creating stylish, memorable, and glamorous events across Scotland. We have fantastic opportunities for experienced **Bar Staff** to join our front of house events team at the stunning **Dundas Castle**

Working Friday and Saturday events, you will become the go-to bar expert onsite. We are looking for outstanding customer focused individuals, our people not only look after our customers and clients, they are also the heart and soul of our business. Renowned for being a cut above the rest, we would love for you to join the team

Own transport is essential as the site is not supported by public transport or must live local.

**What you’ll do**:

- Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Ensure the highest level of service and attention to detail is given to guests throughout events.
- Assist in setup of the bar daily, ensuring stock is replenished and the area is equipped for events
- Welcoming guests, taking orders and serving beverages to guests
- Clean and sanitize equipment and tables
- Collection and sterilisation of all glass wear
- Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
- Assist management with stock control

- Pervious bar experience
- A team player with an ability to work in a busy environment
- Good attention to detail and punctuality
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
