TEXO Recruitment are sourcing for a HSEQ Coordinator on behalf of our external client, for work based in Turriff. Our client requires an HSEQ Coordinator to support the HSEQ Manager in all aspects compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines. This is full-time, permanent opportunity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with formatting and revising procedures and documents to required standards
- Assist with document control
- ensuring all documents are formatted, referenced correctly, controlled, updated to the Document Control Register
- Assist with record control for facilities management for sites
- Set up and coordinate meetings as required
- Assist with completing pre-qualification questionnaires and compiling information for tender submissions as required
- Book HSEQ training courses as required
- Other administrative duties that may be required within the HSEQ department.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Strong and efficient administrative skills
- HSEQ qualification is beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal skills/good communicator
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects
- Excellent attention to detail

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Turriff, Aberdeenshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
