**Detailed Description**:
For our location in Telford we are looking for you as a CNC Lathe Setter/Operator in full-time as soon as possible.

- 37.5 hours per week, permanent contract rotating shift pattern - 6am to 2pm then 2pm to 10pm
- 25 days holiday entitlement plus Bank Holidays, increasing with length of service.

***Your Responsibilities**:

- Clean and maintain machining centers; empty chip bins, clean out chip debris, replenish lubricants.
- Maintain material stock levels and order in stock when required.
- Inspect condition of cutting tools, dispose of worn or defective tools.
- Recalibrate lathes after maintenance is completed.
- Maintain tooling stock levels and order in replacements when required.
- Inspect machined components for accuracy including QC on all parts. Provide feedback to engineering teams on tool breakage and machining issues.
- Load material stock into machining centers and process jobs as scheduled on the MES database.
- Maintain clean and organized work area with emphasis on safety, quality, efficiency, and utilization and undertake TPM duties

**Your qualifications & experience**:

- Physical job requirements: Stand for up to 7.5 hours (up to 12 hours for weekend shifts). Reaching, bending, and grasping and manual Handling in line with HSE guidelines.
- Able to comprehend and follow printed and computer-screen instructions, and direction from supervisors or technical leads. Good written and oral communication skills. Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
- CNC machine operating is essential
