Magisters Education have recently partnered with a primary school in Redbridge. They are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work on a full time basis and start asap

**About the role**
- The Teaching Assistant role will be full-time Monday-Friday, 8.30am-3.30pm.
- You will be working alongside other staff members and providing 1:1 additional support to students across KS1 and KS2. You will also be supporting students with SEN.
- Your main focus will be working with children who need help with their learning development, so ideally you will need to have some background in supporting pupils within this field.

**Job requirements**
- Previous child-centred experience with the primary age range
- desirable.
- Understand how to work with pupils and build positive relationships with various pupils quickly and efficiently
- Love of education and the desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others
- Confident, proactive and enthusiastic person
- Good behaviour management skills
