We are an award-winning building design consultancy and 2024 is proving to be our busiest year yet. With exciting new projects coming up with our Partner North Yorkshire Council and private sector clients, we are looking for a Technical Assistant - Abnormal Loads to join us at Align Property Services within our Bridges team on a casual basis. You will play a vital role as we continue to expand and grow our portfolio.

You will collaborate with colleagues across our multi-discipled workforce and our clients, from our Local Authority Partners, North Yorkshire Council as well as private sector clients where you can share your knowledge as well as develop your own skills.

This is a good opportunity for someone looking for a flexible working pattern. You will be offered working hours dependent on the level of workload on a week-by-week basis. There may be an opportunity for more hours during peak periods and employee sickness and holidays.

**Full training will be given, but to be successful in this role you will have the following Skills and Qualifications**:

- GCSE’s, preferably in Maths and English.
- Be able to follow regulations for responding to hauliers and notifying highway, police, and bridge authorities.
- Effective communication and people skills.
- Be able to balance workload successfully at peak times.
