The role has the possibility of being based in; Berkshire, Greater London, Hertfordshire, North Hampshire, Surrey, and West Sussex.

**Responsibilities**
- Assessing properties for the presence of asbestos.
- Preparing plans for the surveyed properties.
- Air monitoring and inspection of asbestos removal operations.
- Photographing areas of asbestos in the surveyed houses.
- Working around the UK to visit to client sites as required.
- Creating survey reports with plans, photographs, and recommendations.
- Contacting clients on-site or in the office to tell them of any difficulties that have developed.
- Timely completion of monthly QCs.
- Relevant P certificates and at least 6 months of proven experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Sufficient IT abilities to efficiently work with surveys.
- Experience with air testing software.
- Adequate understanding of applicable health and safety legislation
