Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of workers on various job sites
- Ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Provide guidance and support to workers, including training and development opportunities
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and protocols on job sites
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports and documentation of any issues or delays
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the construction industry
- Strong groundwork experience required
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry
Pay: £160.00-£200.00 per day
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
