Moped or Motorbike Field Surveillance

**Job Title: Part-Time Field Inspection Officer**

**Location: West and South London**

**Pay Rate: £17.50 - £22.50 per hour**

**Job Type: Part-Time, Flexible Days (Monday to Friday)**

**Working Hours: Split Shifts, approx. 7 AM - 10 AM and 2 PM - 5 PM**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-road field inspections across West and South London to ensure employees are performing deliveries in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Utilize helmet cam recordings to monitor and evaluate employee performance and adherence to driving protocols.
- Provide silent observation and reports on delivery routes, employee conduct, and any discrepancies or areas of concern.
- Work independently, managing daily routes and inspections with a company-provided checklist and reporting tools.
- Engage in daily check-ins with the management team to discuss observations, insights, and suggestions for improvements based on field assessments.
- Serve as the eyes on the ground, maintaining the integrity and standards of the company while acting as a non-intrusive observer.

**Requirements**:

- Must have access to a personal moped or motorbike with the appropriate insurance for work purposes.
- Experience in a supervisory or inspection role preferred, particularly within delivery or logistics operations.
- Strong communication and observational skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise reports.
- Must be comfortable working independently and making on-the-spot assessments.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to engage with a variety of situations on the road.
