Mortgage Advisor

REED Financial Services have been engaged to recruit an experienced Mortgage and Protection adviser, to join an established firm of IFA’s. The position will be office based and on a self-employed contract, with an excellent employee benefit package.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join a growing company that has been established for approaching 20 years, with a strong existing client bank, including a constant supply of leads from an accountancy practice.

A team player, you will collaborate with the financial services teams to build relationships and assist in identifying opportunities for referrals.

You will take accountability for your KPIs through proactively seeking new opportunities whilst maintaining existing relationships

Key Skills & Qualifications:
CeMAP qualification or industry equivalent
Equity Release (ER1) qualification preferable but not essential
Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within Financial Services, specialising in mortgage and protection advice
Excellent understanding of your local market movement, activities and competitors
A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills
An appetite to work hard and reap the rewards from your dedication
The ability to generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximise opportunities from our existing client pool and thrive within a challenging yet stimulating environment
