**Office Administrator -**
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excell, Outlook is essential. You must be able to demonstrate that you can effectively perform general office work and help others when and where needed. Previous administration experience will be advantageous.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Answering the telephone in a polite and efficient manner.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Log and transfer all calls.
- Create customer and contractual client files and update database accordingly.
- Organise and create job schedules, paperwork and materials.
- Assist with ISO audits.
- Personnel, and training records updated accordingly.
- Processing of PAT Testing & EICR Results.
- Carrying out any other tasks that may be required as and when.
