Injection Moulding Tool Setter

The company seeks an experienced moulding setter/ technician to work Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 19:00

Competitive rates of pay according to experience

The role involves the following:
To set mould up to required parameters

To inspect moulds prior to them being fitted to injection moulding machines

Setting up of robots

To repair and clean moulds

To liaise with shift supervisors if machine problems occur

To ensure all correct equipment is used and Health and safety procedures adhered to.

To ensure no oil or water or raw material is left in situ that may cause a hazard

To maintain all equipment at all times and to inform the manager of any instances where we may need the assistance of outside specialists

To carry out instructions as issued by your manager

To sweep and keep work area clean and tidy

To use the planning system

To carry out any other work as issued senior management

Trouble shooter who thinks outside the box

Must speak good level of English
