The North and Central Divisions of GMMH are looking to recruit three experienced Senior Practitioners for Complex Emotional and Relational Needs in the Adult Community Mental Health Teams. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the implementation of the new Structured Clinical Management pathways in the divisions.

Applicants should hold a professional qualification such as Registered Mental Health Nurse, Registered Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist. Experience working in Community Mental Health Team is desirable though relevant experience in other clinical settings would be considered.

The successful applicants will be required to deliver therapeutic interventions to a caseload of people who have complex emotional and relational needs, offer consultation and advice to the multi-disciplinary team, and provide supervision and training to colleagues across the divisions.
