**Veterinary Receptionist**

Hours of work: 36 hours a week between 8am and 6pm, Monday - Friday (hours condensed over 4 days may be an option) + a share of Saturday mornings 9am - 12pm. Other working patterns can be discussed and considered.

Location: Burford Lane Vets, Lymm

As a result of an internal promotion, we are looking to recruit a receptionist to join our front of house team; we want to be able to continue to provide a caring, friendly and welcoming environment for our patients and their owners.

As a veterinary receptionist you will be responsible for maintaining high standards within our reception team, answering the telephone, booking appointments, taking payments, cashing up, receiving stock orders and processing insurance forms as well as meeting and greeting our patients and supporting their owners.

If you are an enthusiastic driven individual with excellent communication skills, have a positive can-do attitude and are a team player we want to hear from you. Previous experience in a veterinary practice in a similar role is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.50-£11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lymm: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Veterinary Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
