**£22,000 - £25,000**

**Turn IT on are looking for and enthusiastic and motivated Junior ICT Consultant who has a real flair for technology mixed with a passion for providing exemplary service to our customers to join our expanding team.**

You should be able to work independently and have an aptitude for problem solving and a proactive approach to identifying ways to improve services provided by your team.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Respond to requests for ICT support in accordance with Help Desk procedures and priorities.
- Assist in a wide range of technical duties associated with the computer network and desktop services, primarily in connection with existing installations and upgrading of these installations. (Desktop computers, iPads, printers, telephones, scanners, projectors, pa equipment, AV lecterns and hardware)

In return, we are offering a salary of between £22,000 - £25,000 negotiable for the right person, benefits include pension scheme, eye care voucher scheme, cycle scheme, electric/hybrid car leasing scheme, mental health first aid and an employee assistance programme.
