My client, a highly reputable and long standing law firm with a strong presence in Derby and the wider East Midlands is looking to bolster their family law offering with the hire of a family solicitor to join their rapidly growing department on a permanent,full time basis.
You'll be a qualified Solicitor or legal executive (NQ-2 years PQE) and have previous family law experience gained either post qualification or through your training contract.
The family department covers all aspects of family law both public and private. You'll be joining a team of successful and supportive solicitors and legal executives where you will handle your own caseload of divorce proceedings, financial remedy proceedings,cohabitation and separation Agreements, pre and post nuptial agreements and Children Act matters.
