**Job Overview**

As a Training Administrator, you will facilitate and administer training arrangements on behalf of the Training and Compliance Management System (TMS) client workforce in conjunction with the training matrix. You will manage all aspects of arranging andmaintaining training requirements of TMS client employees including course bookings, scheduling training, obtaining, and issuing certification.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of training for designated client(s) and duties will include:

- Proactively speaking with designated client(s), delegates and third-party training providers
- Building strong working relationships with your designated client(s)
- Providing world class customer care at all times
- Assist with weekly reports to client and third parties
- Assist with weekly system updates
