Female Private Individual Home Care Manager

**FEMALE PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL HOME CARE MANAGER/WREXHAM/FLINTSHIRE £42,500 per annum**

Experienced Female Home Care Manager required for our client who has suffered spinal injuries.

If you are experienced in managing a care team, recruitment and providing life skills and knowledge to a team to provide quality care, with a friendly approach with a real interest and ability to offer high levels of support and care for an individual, theirfamily and team members, then this could be the role for you

This role is 42 hours per week on a rota basis.

YOU MUST HAVE A FULL DRIVING LICENCE AND YOUR OWN CAR

**THE ROLE**
- As support you will be supporting for a Gentleman with spinal injuries and his small team.
- He is a wheelchair dependant Gentleman who lives independently in his own home
- Main responsibilities for the role comprise of, personal care, support with running a home, managing rota’s, liaising with health professionals. Staff training and reviews, PPE and medication.
- You will be working shifts,
- Working 8am
- 8pm on a rota
- Working 3.5 days
- You will also be working weekends
- You will also be expected to accompany the Gentleman out in the community and possible trips away
- Prepare meals and assist during mealtimes.
- Accompany clients on shopping, hospital and dental trips - If required
- Provide companionship at home and on social outings if required
- Working in Pontblyddyn, Flintshire, near Wrexham

**THE CANDIDATE**
- Naturally you will be caring, friendly and patient
- You MUST be reliable as clients depend on you for their day to day support
- For the right person with the qualities of compassion, understanding, good communicator and committed we offer a contract.
- Successful applicants are required to provide a DBS. Disclosure expense will be met by employer.

- YOU MUST HAVE A FULL DRIVING LICENCE AND YOUR OWN CAR (Location is rural with limited public transport)

**THE BENEFITS**
- £19.50 PER HOUR
- Enhancements for Bank holidays plus mileage allowance 0.45pence
- Permanent Contract
- 36 days holiday pro-rata.
