**Salary**: £60,000 - £70,000 (Depending on Experience)

I have an amazing, senior opportunity for a well-versed Technical Consultant to join a Global company based within the Cranleigh area. The role is predominantly based within Cranleigh and includes some site visits along with a generous **WFH pattern (2/3 days WFH)** meaning your time will being spent between client sites, the Cranleigh office and your home. You will also be liaising with multiple clients across the UK.

This job will suit technically strong engineers/consultants who are feeling stagnant and aren't getting the most out of their capabilities, the Professional Services Manager is big on paving the way for IT professionals to progress further through certifications& training courses. **You should be technically proficient with the following**:

**Server Management & Support, Support & Troubleshooting

**Your Responsibilities will be**:
**Getting hands-on and learning new technologies
**Provide remote & on-site support
**Infrastructure operations and management
**Supporting the Business Development Team with Proposals & Infrastructure-Related Projects
**Act as Escalation Point for Service Delivery Team
**Keeping Senior Members of Team Informed of New Technologies
**Enforcing client requirements
**Creating Documentation from Project Installation
