The role will work in a team which is focused on transforming the demand forecasting and planning processes, tools and systems, across all time horizons. This role will be responsible for leading, from a commercial perspective, transformational products and projects which will be vital enablers to the transformational demand journey.

These products/projects will be created in conjunction with key stakeholders where this role will represent the voice of commercial/ the customer.

**EXAMPLES OF THESE PRODUCTS/PROJECTS INCLUDE**:

- Recommended order bank
- Support of go to market vehicle assignment and allocation.
- Accurate Customer Delivery Commitment
- Unconstrained demand forecasting and scenario planning

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Commercial product(s) owner for the transformation product(s)/project(s) related to Demand planning.
- Leading product(s) through all stages from problem framing, design, development and deployment
- Definition of key product(s) KPI’s and deliverables and measurement of performance against these
- Managing product(s) budget
- Leading cross functional discussions to ensure product(s) scope/purpose is aligned across the value chain

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
- Good understanding of automotive Sales Planning or Supply Chain Management including order to delivery process and sales forecasting
- Record of product/project management skills
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Strong track record of successful Stakeholder Management, specifically the ability to confidently advise and influence senior stakeholders.
