**Supply Teacher**

Are you a nurturing, supportive, innovative, and passionate Primary Teacher with QTS looking for a new and exciting opportunity?

Magisters Education have recently partnered with a primary school in Havering. They are looking to appoint a Supply Teacher to work on a full time basis to start in January 2023.

**About the role**
- The Supply Teacher role is a January 2023 start till the end of the academic year. Opportunities to stay on after.
- Be confident to teach Phonics, and be able to deliver Phonics through a range of schemes such as Letters and Sounds or Read Write Inc -Be able to plan lessons appropriately which link to the KS1's statutory curriculum statements
- Have the ability to differentiate and plan engaging lessons for KS1 children -Be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work
- Ability to accommodate work for students with EHCP/undiagnosed SEN.

**Job requirements**
- Experience working with a KS1 class
- Good behaviour management
- High expectations for children and for themselves, including a commitment to professional development
- A commitment to ensuring every child makes the best possible progress.
- The ability to adopt and respond to professional challenges positively.
- An enthusiasm for engaging with and helping to build the positive school community, as well as, helping the children to understand their place in the wider world.
- Employ an approach to teaching that instils knowledge, understanding, and a desire to learn
