**About Our Client**:

The Ideal Warehouse FLM who will be reporting into the Warehouse Shift Manager / Warehouse Manager will have the following skills and responsibilities:

- Manage and direct daily activity of warehouse staff to ensue safe, secure and clean environment for all team members.
- Managing team KPI's by providing reviews, development and succession planning as appropriate.
- Ensure company policy is upheld amongst all regulations including health and safety.
- Maintain great communication amongst all levels of team members including internal and external.
- Actively promote positive culture and embedding employee engagement within the team.
- Commute to Widnes

**The Successful Applicant**:
The Ideal Warehouse FLM will have the following skills and attributes:

- 1 year minimum experience in Team Management
- Capable of driving mechanical handling warehouse equipment
- Great communication and organisation skills
- Ability to develop effective relationships within a diverse environment
- Good IT skills
- Commute to Widnes
